Does anyone use this here? I have an 11yr old son with terrible handwriting-print is almost impossible to read and cursive is better but he never remembers how to write the letters that are not similar to their printed counterpart.

I showed him italics and he says he'd like to try that for cursive because the letters are all the "same."

So who uses it and how do you like it? Do you think it would be hard for an older child to transition?

Thanks

We use it in the summers as handwriting just doesn't seem as much of a priority during the school year. We do it as a family so that means I use it with a 40 yo (my handwriting is horrible), 15 yo, nearly 13 yo and 9 yo. The 9 yo LOVES it and the other two find it more tolerable than other handwriting programs we've dabbled in (some Italic, some not). We use only the cursive part. We all seem to like the copywork that Penny included.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm thinking of doing it myself too since I have a hybrid print/cursive thing going on that is not all that pretty.
