Secular Charlotte Mason

I am a homeschooling Mama to two young boys.  I love the Charlotte Mason method. We live on a hobby farm in the valley.   As a family we enjoy the great outdoors in many different ways.  We love to camp, bike, hike, hunt, fish, geocache, birdwatch, garden and attend festivals. I like to bake and read. My husband honors his Ojibwe heritage by flintknapping, bow hunting, hide tanning and learning other primitive skills and traditions.  Our 6 yo (Ham) is a creative, imaginative boy who likes to build things and help others.  Our 3 yo is a sweet, curious boy who loves to play games and follow his brother.  I recently joined a progressive Christian Church where other faiths and traditions are respected.
